The quality of items is horrible, the tee-shirt I brought was worst than Taobao quality of ￥9.99 (T-shirt I brought on Taobao was so worth it with that price 9.99元) , OB TOP was not cheap! I made a horrible hole on the T-shirt dress when fitting , you can like literally tear the T-shirt into rag by hand. No refunds was made whatsoever when made a complaint unlike Shein which would do so in a flash. I would say Shein quality are way better than Ob, it's just not worth it to shop here.

香港版本完全收不到sms 驗證碼。舊用戶email沒有辦法登入。很想繼續買衣服怎麼辦？

賬戶都沒了還得從新申請，我的熊幣，購物車等都已經不再太無語了。而且會員資料填寫一直無法弄save一直出錯，也很討厭綁定手機而且用手機登入而不是郵件信箱。幫人代購卻已無法填寫她人的手機在名字後面，只能輸入自己手機，沒有extra note 欄位，我是自orangebear 就開始支持的現在真是……感覺還不如不升級還是無法根據顏色查找，功能也還一樣只是給用戶製造更多的麻煩而已。
