Least to say, unlike it's medieval predecessors, this version of app appears like an online scam. Using it, you're advised to pay using Mpesa and that you'll be notified when transaction is successful. But alas....!!!! Calls to contacts provided go unanswered and so are emails. Yet you wanted to travel in a memorable experience. Oooooh mama Africa.......!!!!

Hello Walter, the contacts provided belong to Kenya Railways, however you can use the account number in your mpesa payment message to generate ticket at the counter or teller, we are separate entity from Kenya Railways and we do not handle any transaction

Pathetic the app can't even load. It's unfortunate to experience such On a government product. Everything government should be everyone's choice but in reality, government products are not motivating At all

Yes one star!!! Lot's of adds on the app to the extent of distressing your booking, I'm forced to go book physically to the station as the app can't open but adds are playing šš
