As of writing this, the app is quite slow and unresponsive. We where told an advantage of this is notifications but they can work because they haven't updated it for Android 13s new permission system, it just changes the bell icon to blue. Altho I do have to admit the support is very good. It's extremely fast unlike alot of other companies, I raised a ticket about the notification issue and they fixed it within a day or two. So atleast that's working now.

App is terrible. First of all, I couldn't log in when I finally logged in after days of trying it wouldn't let me put a profile picture on to actually use the app it wouldn't let me take or use an existing picture and wouldn't let me allow permissions to do so either. And even if it worked you have to book the coaches 48hours before.

Wish it would have coach location on all the time. Sometimes the coach has turned up earlier than it says and then we dont even know if a second one is going to be sent. Booking seats never works either so thats unfortunately just a useless button. App could have been decent if coach locations are on, tells us about delays and if it told us if the coaches arent running that day.
