Crashes regularly, activated tickets disappear before getting on bus, which means I have to activate a 2nd ticket. Means I am paying double for a single journey , drivers are unhelpful and know nothing about the app so no advice or help available, I do not find it acceptable to have to pay double for a single journey, due to a poor app, sadly I have to use it to get to and from work. Could you please fix or improve this app

The app needs alot of work, at this moment it's just too bad to use and constant crashing. Also extremely annoying to set a password it will accept

Despite all the advertising, it's not real time. Can't reserve a seat, Count down is so bad, includes ghosting of buses not due for timetable, and can't be trusted. The app represents first ... Unreliable, and not accurate.
