About this app

The official NDI® Camera. Turn your phone or tablet into a live video production camera.

NDI® (Network Device Interface) is a low latency IP video protocol developed especially for professional live video production, and is supported by an extensive list of broadcast systems from many manufacturers.

NDI® HX Camera turns your Android imaging devices into high-quality wireless a/v sources for NDI-enabled broadcast systems and software on the same network. Your device’s output is automatically recognized by NDI-enabled* video systems, ready to be mixed into live shows or even for use as a web camera when used in conjunction with NDI® Tools ( https://ndi.video/tools).

Need support for controlling ISO, Focus, shutter speed. Otherwise app is very good. Would love if we can control all those features from pc itself.

I have previously been able to use this app no problem on my Galaxy S22, but it has stopped working (literally) overnight thanks I think to an OS upgrade. It simply will not send data over the network (which has other NDI devices connected so I know it is not a network issue). Until the app is fixed to sort this incompatibility I'm afraid it's worse than useless to me.

I'm loving the potential, but still needs some work. Yeah it's $20 but you can use it across multiple devices if they are logged into the same account and honestly you're not gonna find a functional camera for cheaper. It works well on my pixel 4a at 720 and 1080 but not 4k. I tried it on my old moto x4 and the preview window is rotated 90 degrees but it transmits fine. Again, no 4k. Delay is under 1/4 second especially if low latency mode is enabled. They just need to fix the bugs.
