Plainly designed to make it hard to complete a claim, and very easy to drop the claim. Hangs up when scanning the vehicle VIN; the manual entry button goes nonresponsive. You can't save progress, so if you restart the app because it locked up, you go back to the beginning, with unskippable instruction videos every time. There is a prominent button to cancel your claim in the exact spot you'd expect the "continue" button to be. Absurd.

This is literally one of the worst apps I have ever used. The function to mark them capture individual pictures for each defect is hard to do because there is no reference for what the numbers mean. The Vin capture function is also horribly broken it took me about 5-10 minutes of fidgeting and clicking the back button before it would let me accept the VIN

Kept over-heating and locking up my phone - had to put it in the refrigerator to cool it down and get through the process. Took about 40 minutes and four times starting over, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app before finally completing the process (I was told it would take 5 minutes). Great idea and seems easy, but major problem somewhere. (Fyi, my phone "lives" in a very hot place and never overheats.)
