Repetitive and lacking customer service. While I have played this for a year or so, all of the new events are just re-skinned old events. When you do run into issues with gameplay, support is designed to be difficult submit reports. Then you are likely to just get a form letter response without any actual investigation or resolution. It's an okay time waster, but within a month you will be falling way behind even with grinding, unless you are willing to spend a lot of money.

Updated: This game's customer service is slightly better. I still have yet to see my suggestions to improve efficiency and player retention be implemented in the game. Stamina events need to start out with more stamina and have stamina reload faster. There is a serious greed problem with the game, and I say that as a Spender. Graphics are fantastic and overall, I enjoy the game. Yet if they don't make the suggested changes, boredom may have me leave, and I've been playing since it began.

Pet realm is a reason not to play this game. It is the most fundamentally broken game type I have ever played. Seriously, it needs to be completely taken down, or pvp removed, and completely start over from scratch for a new pet based mini game. It's unacceptable to leave it going in this state as one of the only ways to upgrade or unlock pets without paying for them in other ways. It deserves 1 star for this alone, but I'm being generous. Also, it's pay to win. Prices need to be cut alot
