I love UNMC, they have been caring for me for nearly 27 years. The only concern that I have is, when they started expanding the patient service and billing departments started showing signs of negative care. It is now harder to get answers/ rapid response from nurses and doctors (I don't thnk fault is on the doctors). Also the billing department has become too complicated in my opinion. It almost seems like the hospital is now more interested in money and less on patient service and care leve

It's an informative and helpful app. I do wish it was easier to find results from the loop recorder. It appears once then vanishes. It is not listed in test results.

So far, this app is working very well for me. I can do a pre appointment check in easily on my phone, message my doctor, and keep track of appointments.
