I said in my previous review: "I have to say your update is completely useless for players already reached stage 3-7. OK, I can now enter the game after the update but the game cannot be run at all. Even all the functional buttons disappear. Is it so difficult for your technician to try advancing to stage 3-7 and find out what the problem exactly is?" and you responded "The issue was fixed. You can close the game and re-enter." Sorry, it was NOT fixed. I have even reinstalled the game.

I purched the ad free pack, and the game is still giving me ads for the dual income and the special customer. I specifically paid to remove those ads, and customer service has not responded to my email about the problem after a few days so I am posting this review and will be seeking a refund. It also doesn't help that a recent update broke the card system and that the game has a tendency to crash from ads which was part of how I justified the ad free purchase.

Game has potential but has a lot of bugs. First the game recently started freezing constantly since last update. Daily quest can be almost impossible on some levels even with speed ups. Recently anytime I watch an ad to speak with mysterious guest the game either crashes or freezes. also can't access the girls boost page. It says everything is maxed out and won't let spend experience to boost profits.
