Naya

Using this app to order a meal or snack and drinks is very easy to use. My only complaint about the reward experience is that it may have an expiration on it if trying to save up for a bigger or more rewards. Hope someone can explain if this is true. Non-expiration to reward points is much preferred and appreciated to maintain loyalty of customer.

Edited: just got a confirmation code, so looks like account creation worked, even though it didn't show as created in the app. Won't let me create an account. When I enter a password (more than 8 characters, includes capital and lower case letters, number, and symbol), the "Next" bar stays gray.

Bug in the app where it won't let you order for delivery stating that the local Naya is closed (definitely open). Unable to select an alternative Naya outlet for delivery as it auto selects nearest based on your delivery address. 'Deliver to' address also auto populated as the Naya address not customer. Please fix this annoying bug.
