Terrible. I've downloaded, tried to login with membership credentials and it asks me to register. I try to register and it says an error has occured. I can login to the rewards website with no issues. I phone the number in the app, am told it's the wrong number, second person, puts me through to a third number with no options for rewards or apps. Not a Premier experience in any way shape or form.

Hi Ben Scott, your Rewards login credentials are different to the Membership Services login, so in order to get access to the app, you’ll need to register with Membership Services first.

Very flaky and unreliable. Trying to do things like seaching for shows sometimes doesn't work at all, sometimes takes 30+ seconds to load while displaying a range of different errors. Poor effort, far below expectations for a premium service.

Very poor app. Extremely slow. Sometimes you can't even login. Evennif you can the search functionality of the various rewards is so bad that the benefits are unusable. You cannot find any events holidays or other.
