I used this App the entirety of last year and it worked. Am finding difficulty opening the app on my phone. What's going on. Please fix the issues. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app to see if it would work. It still didn't work

I installed this app in the early part of 2023 and it really helped me to buy and pay for my fare to Accra. It saved me from the trouble of stopping whatever I was doing to go and buy ticket at their terminal. However, after my last purchase for a trip on 4th January this year, I have not been able to open the app. This is not the first time apps on service delivery in Ghana is misbehaving, but getting it restored will be a plus to your organization.

I would have given you guys a zero rating if there was any of such. I've downloaded this app several times and still I'm not able to login. I can only see the available bus sits but can't book any ticket. Please, just bring back the old app because that one was far better than your so called upgraded version. Thanks for planning to do the needful.
