Really great camera and features. However, the app is horrible! It constantly disconnects and stops everything, white noise light, etc. Get ready for your baby to be woken up at this point, especially if you play white noise quite loud. It was very disappointing and frustrating! (And please, Nanit team, don't reply saying check your WiFi connection and update the app cause it's not the issue!)

When I first brought the camera in 2021 yes you had to pay for extra feature but you atleast had access to the video history. Which to my knowledge is what most monitors allow you to do for free!. They have had that access only granted if you pay the £70 for a year. Don't waste you money on this product unless you want to constantly having to pay lump sums to be able to access the basics. I wish I had gotten something else. Just feels like money grabbing people cashing in on parents worries.

No issues with connection however with every update another feature goes into the payed for service. On what is already a very expensive piece of kit it is disappointing that i could now buy something as good for less than the annual subscription to the app and thats not including the 'premium' service. Been using this camera since mid 2022 and im glad that its coming to the point where we dont really need it.
