- NEW: Stars Collectibles can now be shared

- NEW: You can now view and add comments to Stars collectibles
- NEW: Settings -> Hide 0% games
- Checking this box will also hide/unhide all your current 0% games
- Profile stats will be updated on the next trophy sync
- Trophy sync will also check for new 0% games and automatically hide them if checked
- Other: Several general design fixes and tweaks
