I don't think I've ever seen a worse regression of design in an app. Both your UI and UX designers need to be fired for the crime against humanity that is this new version. The last version was ugly, but at least it was functional! This version strips the ordering process of most customization, it's a cluttered and clostrophobic mess, and it has stopped me from ordering multiple times just because I can't stand having the fight the menu this much. Just roll back the update and try again.

The custimization options seem great. However, once an order is placed there is no way to cancel it. And if you are submitting your order within an hour or close, it gets defaulted to the following morning. (With no way of cancelling it) Wont save your credit card information. So you have to manually input every time. However the app will let "load money" into it. No rewards program available. Overall not worth it. Much easier to just drive up the store itself.

The last version is really dispickable. Is not as user friendly as it used to be, and the costumization is significantly limited. Some of the worse changes I've noticed are: 1. When selecting the ingredients it used to be a picture next to the ingredient name, now is just plain letters, I'm hungry I don't want to read, I want to click and get going 2. The interface arrangement is uncomfortable to browse through and is plain. 3. Now you can only add 2 extra toppings instead of 4.
