I honestly hate that you have to pay to use the app to do any cool features with the car. after spending $70k on my car you'd think you'd just give it to me for free. locking my car with the app and being able to send maps from my phone to the car shouldn't be an extra charge when my car & phone have those built in capabilites. For the premium trim models these things should just be Included, also the app is so basic it's not even worth the price point anyway.

Likely my final update - As nice as the rep was on the phone, she did confirm the heated seats feature associated with the app is no longer available. Definitely makes me reconsider renewing as well as very possibly cancelling the plan altogether. Request to contact Kia cannot be met. Link not available. And the frustration level increases... Feature no longer working - I used to be able to set my seats to warm using the app but this feature disappeared recently. Very frustrating.

It's got potential and still useful but it has too many bugs. One of which is criminally annoying. Unless you really want a geofence, know what it is and what you want to do with it, then don't play around with it. Once you create one you cannot delete it, and you will get app and IN-CAR notifications that will drive you nuts. I have figured out how to suppress the app notifications but the in-car ones still persist. I finally figured out to redefine the notification for "when entering" instea
