I booked a hotel but received: booking failed, try again. Second attempt was successful. Later I received email confirmation for both bookings! Tried to cancel one but the app gives error repeatedly: please try again later. Contacted hotel, they can't cancel with refund, only Travelworld. I WAS CHARGED TWICE thanks to 2 problems in the app, and travelWorld refuses to refund! Update: customer service replied, willing to work on the issue. Upgrade to 3 star from 1.

There are still a couple of issues, but the app has really improved since I last used it! And the prices are very competitive. At least, for hotels and rental cars anyway. It's nice to see an app that gets updated too and you can actually tell the difference.

My search and viewing many of the different resorts and offers makes me want to travel to each country. Definitely the best App I have seen. Have started saving. 🏖
