Keypad tones dont work with bank helplines. For example, citibank asks you to enter your card number. Yet pressing the buttons on this stupid myrepublic talk app just produces a local beep feedback and doesnt actually send the tone to the bank helpline system and the system says no input detected. What kind of lousy talk app is this that doesnt send the touchpad tones in a standard manner?

MyRepublic customer service support is getting worse and worse. They will charge you for cancelling a free bundle and add a fee for changing your billing cycle instead of waiving it or prorating the month's bill. Customer service will not advise you properly of any hidden charges and will rarely call you back when you request for it. I will never recontract with them any further and I would advise you not to either.

ROAMING DUN WORK !! CHAT SERVICE DUN WORK !! I traveled to only bangkok and roaming dun work, talk app dun work, chat customer service ask everything about your details and then suddenly the app hangs and when you resume the chat it's another customer service along all over your details again....... it took 4 customer service still nothing work...... terrible!! Finally, the answer to my problem is just buy a travel sim card only $10 unlimited data for 7 days and it worked perfectly.
