The app won't let me log in on my device. Log in doesn't take me anywhere in the app, neither does 'Sign In' on the website version, it won't let me 'Restore' the subscription I've paid for in the app because I haven't logged in and it says I have no subscription to restore, and the 'More' page just spins and never loads anything. I signed up for the premium trial but I can't even trial anything. Very frustrating.

This App couldn't find the few plants I tried with it, but that was fine because it was a trial and I was using off cuts so maybe it does a bad job with them. My real problem came when I, through the app, tried to cancel my subscription after a couple of days. I was met with a request sent message, which I assumed meant it would be dealt with before being charged. Now I find I've still been charged and that request is still showing as "sent" seems like a false cancel button just to get money.

They changed to a messy looking "dark mode" which had dark text on a dark background and was completely unusable. I emailed for support and was told there is no way to toggle this on and off as its pulled from the phone settings. I disabled dark mode (yes, rebooted etc) and it didn't change anything. I was told the issue was being looked into, yet I still can't use the app (for months, despite having paid up front for a year subscription) and still haven't heard back! Very unhappy.
