I like that they have all of my information. I have three different payment plans. they are all on the app, with all of their information. the app shows me when my payment is due also its shows me the payments I have already made. It's very user-friendly. The only thing I do not like about the app is there very high fees: including a credit card fee plus a convenience fee. it is more convenient to pay from the comfort of home rather than going down to the courthouse every month

doesn't plainly state the minimum amount due and doesn't tell you the due date...the two most important factors in having the app other than to make a payment

Why drive & wait in line? I can easily find what I need & pay, DONE! 😎
