The Leadership Makerspace® makes leadership development more accessible for women and helps you grow your professional network. Why? Because we fundamentally believe more women in leadership at all levels will make the workplace, and the world, better places.
Whether you are aspiring to become a leader, have a brand new leadership role or you have been doing it for a little while and want to improve, the Leadership Makerspace is the place for you! Dive into leadership learning when and how it works best for your lifestyle and learning preferences. With microcoaching, bite sized learning, LIVE learning & networking events, plus access to group discussions about relevant topics, you truly get to choose your own learning adventure!
As a member of our Leadership Makerspace®, you will:
• Access leadership development in your own time and in your own way
• Be part of a global community of women wanting to develop their leadership skills too
• Have access to monthly LIVE learning and skills building sessions to grow your leadership skillset AND mindset
• Join group conversations and stay connected to your new network – all within the app or on your laptop/desktop

What is a 'Makerspace'?
A 'makerspace' is a place of collaboration, learning and trying things out. It's a space where everyone has something to contribute and where we can build something new and different. Together.
Why make leadership learning more accessible for women+?
We passionately believe that more women+ leading at all levels with confidence and courage, is what is needed to make workplaces and the world, better places - for all. However, systemic barriers can impact women’s access to leadership and leadership development. So, we have deliberately made leadership learning more accessible so that women+ can develop their own leadership abilities no matter their income, career status, or whether they are viewed as having 'leadership potential'.
In all of the work we do and the learning that we offer, we centre the voices and experiences of women and in particular, women of colour. That means our starting point is recognizing the inequities that have been built into current systems that impact who gets chosen for the path to leadership, how they are compensated, and who receives investment in leadership development.
