I love the product and the ease of use, the only problem is that it falls off constantly! I have gone through 3 bracelets already and had to eventually put tape around the bracelet to keep it from falling off. I have sent pictures and questions as to why this is happening to the websites email, no response. I hate to move on to anyone product, but my health problems are too severe for an EMT of hospital that doesn't know me to try to figure out in an emergency!

I don't know why I still pay for this. I never use the extra stuff like reminders to take my meds. The only thing I like about this program is putting my personal information like medical, dr and emergency in it. I have asked this place a few times about the difference of personal information and their website keeping info. They never got back. Found out certain things you buy from these guys can't be put in our personal files but only on their website. Check out their new white cap for sample.

I purchased the plus/upgrade/ whatever it's called and it's useless for reminders. I get the notification, but it won't go to the meds when you click on it after that first time. It also shows up on the wrong time when daylight savings changed. It's extremely frustrating and a waist of money. The records keeping is okay, but that's the only pay product that works on this thing.
