◆ What is “Mebuku ID App”?
"Mebuku ID App" is an app that issues and manages "Mebuku ID", a highly versatile digital ID that anyone can apply for.
*You will need your My Number card and a set password to apply. Please have it ready.



◆Convenient place
Mebuku ID functions as a digital ID that can be used for various services via a smartphone app.
For example, in the following cases, it can be used to indicate that the user is the person himself or herself and that it is the person's intention.
・Remittance via internet banking
・Electronic signature on important documents
・Payment at stores
・ Entrance / exit system managed by face recognition
・Login to the service


◆ How to apply
This app will use your My Number card to verify your identity and issue a Mebuku ID.
It may take some time to verify your identity before it is issued. Please note.

*When applying for a Mebuku ID, you will be required to register for both the "my electronic certificate" service and the "my authentication" service.

▽my electronic certificate
・Provided by accredited certification services under the Act on Electronic Signatures and Certification Services.
・Issues electronic certificates for generating electronic signatures that are valid for online transactions using financial institutions, electronic contracts, confirmation of intention of the person concerned, etc.
・You will be asked to set a 6 to 16-digit alphanumeric password when using this service.

▽my authentication
・We will provide a common login platform that can centrally manage logins to various services.
・Electronic certificates used to generate electronic signatures will be issued for the service login function using electronic signatures. (Different from my electronic certificate)
・Because of the service login function by biometric authentication, take and register a face photo.
・When using the service, you will be asked to set a 4-digit PIN.
