An average app with typically subpar UI made worse through its extraordinarily slow loading screens, network issues, and need for constant sign ins by the user seemingly at random. Though, compared to the Universitie's other apps and services its actually on the higher end of the spectrum as they must've spent less money on Starbucks and Costa the year it was made.

So many bugs and no bug fixes for them, problems with reliability across different platforms, unavailability for Windows, random dates and times when the app is down. Needs to be addressed

How is this app so bad. Constantly crashing, hanging and saying there's no network connection 9/10 times.
