Worst customer service ever. I made a withdrawal but the ATM didn't disburse my money but my account was debited still. Have been trying to reach customer support to no avail. Bills are pending to pay and I still have waste my airtime to call customer support without getting any feedback, just some automated WhatsApp message which can't solve my problem.

Edite , now after update app not accepting the new password after updating as it requires entre password after update not using fingerprint as it should be like other banks , now i can't access something went wrong tray later. Before that update i saw Egypt in the main page but its not available inside the app to transfer hopefully you add it in real

this app has so many bugs:- first in latest update u will face an issue of logging in if u're using it for first time bcz whenever you login suddenly it gets stuck on login page and starts buffering and to get rid of that issue, u've to uninstall the app and reinstall it again and secondly after somehow u got logged in then u will face buffering issue in whatever u do.... and i didn't faced this much issues in the previous app my salary and also the issues started increasing after last 2 updates
