Needs updating. When updated I'd give it high marks, but it's late January and it's showing account information from early November! Please, PLEASE, update the app!!!! Also, it has never had their credit card services fully integrated. When I've spoken with bank management, I'm always told that it will be in a month or so (couple of years into hearing that). It'd be great to have all the banking information from our bank in one place on your phone. Love OCCU; frustrated with this app.

Like many others have said, this app used to be great, the photo check deposit was awesome! Since the recent update it is unreliable. I have not been able to login at all for week or two despite uninstalling, reinstalling, turning off and on again and updating permissions. It shuts down during the login process everytime. with so many other reviews saying the same thing, this seems like it is a bigger system issue that needs to be addressed...and no, I don't have time to call customer support.

This hasn't been updated in almost 2 years, and it shows. The mobile deposit feature doesn't work on newer phones. Also, a suggestion for all app creators, stop taking the name of your product, and slapping "My" on the beginning of it. It makes finding it in an alphabetized list extremely annoying, and circumvents any sense of personalization you might have been trying to imbue your product with in the first place.
