Works well about 90% of the time. Super convenient when the app is running but a nightmare when trying to get to work and all of a sudden, the network is down. Also, if you call support, they'll answer 2/3 times. My 3rd time I was stuck on hold for 25 minutes, gave up and called an Uber. Overall, kinda reliable but very convenient nevertheless.

Lately when I try to book a ride, the app or map doesn't recognize my address, and it gives me someone else's! Then I have to call customer service to get one booked! Then I have to pay cash when I get on the bus. Even though I have purchased tickets in my account! Which is another inconvenience, finally this new app is suppose to help with long wait times, WRONG! There were times when I waited up to 40 minutes! Then your driver doesn't even apologize!

This App does not display all the functions on my phone. I've lost as of today 3 tickets so $9 since Jan 31,2023. I've called over and over to let them know of my pro BB lens, now today I lost $3 because they couldn't get a bus to me on the time I picked. The App kept given me a time of an hour later than I requested. Check your times when you activate because it might not be the same time you picked. They they did pay me back the 1st time I requested but then after that they said no, user erro
