Muwasalati

"Muwasalati" is a Code of Conduct mobile App, owned and monitored by the Land Transport Regulatory Commission LTRC. It aims to collect data from the App users on violation of conduct on the public transport and its facilities that could be caused by passengers, operators, and employees of the public transport, aiming at improving the quality of the public transport services in Jordan.

"Muwasalati" consists of pre-entered violations of conduct that could be experienced by users of the public transport and its facilities; whether passengers, employees, or operators. The App can be accessed without the need to log in or create an account; users can immediately select the applicable violations from the lists and send the report. The collected statistical data received by “Muwasalati” will help LTRC evaluate the public transport services which would also help improve the App, provide a better user experience, and would also serve towards improving the public transport services in Jordan.
