Download the MultiSport mobile app, which is like a card and your ID in one, and enjoy convenient access to sports facilities - no need to show your ID and the physical card. Enjoy many activities such as gym, swimming pool, fitness classes, tennis, badminton, dancing, martial arts, yoga, rope parks, and more. The MultiSport application supports an active lifestyle!

I had almost not been let into swimming pool because app had problems with connection and generating valid code. Offline code that was displayed was not accepted at all. Made it with 25th attempt! Not cool. Especially that entry is only at full hours so I couldn't try much longer. I lost plastic card so this is only one I have before I'll get new one.

Łukaszu, czy możemy prosić o informację, kiedy dokładnie (konkretna godzina i dzień) wystąpiły u Ciebie problemy z połączeniem internetowym? QR kod offline ma taką samą ważność jak zwykły QR kod wygenerowany w trybie online - w jakim obiekcie sportowym nie został zaakceptowany? Pozdrawiamy, Zespół MultiSport

I came up at gym, wasn't able to login, receptionist didn't let me in, so i had to go back home. Another problem happens often, when the session expires app doesn't start. Thank you Multisport, i just wasted 2 hours at 9pm during winter time when it's cold and windy. I hope next time during service outage, it would be possible to pass through.

I had bad feelings seeing how beloved the app is :) Reality soon confirmed these expectations. I arrived at the gym - with just a few minutes left till the class - only to find out that suddenly "session expired" (in the app), and suddenly I need to dig the password up. Why not warn me beforehand that the session expires? Who thought up it would be a good idea only to let the user know once they actually need to use their card? Searching for facilities is fun, too. Every time you tap on the search button, a dialog pops up - instructing you to flip up a pandemics-related flag in the filter. Why don't you just enable the flag by default?! And why not put the warning somewhere on the screen instead of an intrusive pop-up? And why does the user have to dmiss the pop-up EVERY SINGLE TIME (there's no way of disabling it)? The design is ridiculous

K.Morawski, currently we're working on changing the frequency of presenting pop-up in the "Search" section. On August 2 server problem occured, which resulted in automatic logout from the app, proceeded by a message about session expired. Have you been logged out since logging in again after this time?
