Sunnah itself is the attitude, actions, speech, and way of Rasulullah SAW in living his life.

In other words, the sunnah is part of the best role model for Muslims, namely the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad SAW is collected in a hadith, which is the second source of law after the Al Quran

While the function of the Sunnah for the Qur'an is first, the sunnah functions as reinforcement (taqid) for what the Qur'an carries. Second, the function of the Sunnah as an explanation (tabyin) for what is contained in the Koran

Faith in prophets and apostles, especially Rasulullah ﷺ, must cover all aspects. A believer must believe all the teachings and treatises that came to him ﷺ and try to follow them

By following the Sunnah of the Prophet will obtain mercy from Allah swt.

Because those who follow the example of Rasulullah saw. surely those who do good or ihsan (remember the meaning of ahsanu 'amala according to Fudhail bin ' Iyadh above), and those who do ihsan are very close to Allah's mercy
