Munchys Delivery

I've had both good/bad experiences with Munchys, and if you're wondering why I gave them 5 Stars even with the bad experiences it goes like this: all delivery apps have the same issues, Munchys just doesn't have the money or manpower to artificially inflate their ratings. When you get delivery the chain of sequences your food goes through becomes significantly longer, meaning more places for things to go wrong. But when taken overall I'd say Munchys has been better then others I've used.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Awful customer service, you're going to recieve cold food and extremely slow response times. I've given them multiple chances and they disappoint everytime. Big middle finger to "Adam", waited over an hour for an incomplete meal and ended up driving to the restaurant myself. Even if it's the only delivery service in your area DO NOT use it.

This is the absolute worst place to order from 100%!! Do not ever order from then I ordered 80 dollars worth of food with a 30 dollar tip and then never received food at all !! I tried reaching out to customer service and it went to voice wth kinda customer service has a voice mail!! Lol
