Garbage. Can't create new acct. Keeps saying Duplicate Name... Okay, so thinking I already have an account I try to retrieve the info but they never send the email. Tried making new acct with different email addresses and names but must be tied to the phone number?

Told 20-30 mins in a rural location. Cancelled after 40 mins and told this was my fault for not having constant signal. When I explained we had a disabled son and was not happy, the dispatch manager told me I was disgusting and hung up. Took us nearly 2 hrs more to get home.

app doesn't make your reservation and MetroCa b leaves you stranded. too bad they don't allow a ZERO star rating. don't waste your time, go with Uber or Lyft!
