AWOKi – AWO-Kita-App SR-Bogen

The AWOKi app is the secure communication platform for day-care centers at AWO Straubing. We want to offer a GDPR-compliant and highly secure digital environment to support exchanges between homes and families.
With push notifications, the families receive current information quickly and can be reached at short notice. At the same time, we would like to make many labour-intensive analogue activities easier with the digital solution. It is possible to set up surveys, plan appointments and obtain confirmations of receipt. After all, documents no longer have to be printed out, but can be made available digitally. In addition to fast transmission, this also contributes to environmental protection. The automated translation function in more than 40 languages ​​makes an important contribution to our integration work.
For us, safety plays an important role. The data will not be evaluated and will be deleted after leaving the day-care center. Data processing takes place entirely in a BSI-certified data center in Germany.
