The App has or developed characteristics of Scammerism. For 5 days, I have been waiting my transfered money to reach its destination. For 5 days I was calling and They giving me unfulfilled promises that they will refund my money back or transfer to wherever I want it to reach, but they want Keep it with them.

Very bad experience. The app always telling no internet connection while trying to pay or load cash. Never recommend. Used only once and will delete my account after clearing the available balance.

This app is totally disgusting I wait for otp to be almost more than 5 minutes but I did not receive any OTP and if you call the customer service agent he said that your mobile network is not good 😳😂 How's that possible the mobile network is not good? I can use internet continuously without any objection and I receive my calls also and only for Vodafone app mobile network is not good,😂 And their final answer is visit nearest Vodafone store so what is the purpose of digitalization..
