This app is infuriating. It demands location permissions every single time you open the app. There is no way to tell it to stop demanding location permissions, and no way to disable the popup message. I do not now, nor will I ever, allow this app to use my location. It is clear the developer's intent is to irritate the user and browbeat them into allowing the permission just to make the popup go away. Using this app is like slamming your hand in a car door as punishment for opening it each time.

Hi Jacob, we are sorry to hear your frustrations with our location permission requests. Some functionality managed by your admin team requests to have your location for business needs. If you feel this may be on incorrectly have them contact your customer success manager to make sure the correct settings are on for your company

Quite possibly the most bloated, non responsive, erroneous, useless, battery draining app ever created in the history of apps of all time! The company I work for really landed in a ditch by trying to cut corners to save money by implementing this poorly developed app. We will be moving away from it sometime this year, yay. I would give this app negative stars if I could. Stay away from this it if you don't want to waste your time or smash your phone out of frustration after it crashes repeatedly

Not enough customization Should be able to select which technician to reassign to for example. History by Site should show more info instead of just the order number. Very hard to look up old orders this way. Once an appointment is closed the tech should be able to view it on their phone or search for it. Customers/clients always want more information weeks after the appointment is closed and the tech is unable to look up the information.

What's new

- Previously, if an Inventory Serial Number was added to the Serial Numbers section on the Inventory Order Line, and a user performed a sync before that serial number was installed, the user couldn’t remove the uninstalled serial number from the order line. With this release, users can now remove uninstalled serial numbers in this scenario.
- Auto-sync no longer reverts to the old sync in certain settings, ensuring consistency in sync performance.
