It is a nice app and the services are top notch when it comes to data. The issue I'm having with them is whenever you buy a specific data and the successful proof receipt is being displayed, you can't go back to main menu or previous if you want to perform another transaction. Immediately you press back back button it exits the app, tbh it's very annoying. You have to re-login again. Please fix this issue.

Dancity is a very good app, i will recommend, easy to use, and cheapest data app. But the problem i have with the app is that, i was unable to login. I complain to customer care, and my money like almost 5k was refunded into my opay account despite difficulty to login into the app. Despite not using the app again due to my device, i will still recommend .

Very bad Customer service ... No one to contact once you have issues .... I have many underlying issuss, no one to answer... The phone contact on your website is as good as a statue cos no reply and we keep wasting money from your useless app all time. Pls, don't download and I will try as much as possible to make this as a complaints on FreshFm. Thank you
