Given access by realtor and I am unable to adjust any of search settings to look for properties. Checked online for instructions and my version of the app doesn't even match. Missing basic buttons and options in app. Horrible to use. (Update: the search button to change search settings doesn't show up on our phones but is still there.)

Hey Douglas, it's possible the colour used to brand the app where the same as the background which would explain the button no being there, but still functional. If you’re still experiencing difficulties, please let us know at support@mls-touch.com

Everytime I open the app it says to reboot or reinstall. When I do that it says the same thing. Tried to email the software company and the email won't send because the technical support email doesn't support receiving emails.

Really poor UI. In the search fields, there are apparently buttons that are not visible due to background color differences based on some of the other reviews. The developer comes back and then pushes this back onto the agents, that's weak sauce, in my opinion. You need to fix your basic user interface so that doesn't happen no matter what the agent does to the app. Bunch of amateurs if you ask me, pushing responsibility for weaknesses in their app onto the agents.
