Overall, a decent experience despite some major issues. I have to give credit where it's due: prizes are real, they are, unlike most - only other being Clawee - shipping to Canada, and customer service response time is decent (though, not live, so it takes a day at best). Unfortunately, there are a number of issues: often a dispute is met with a request for information even if it's included or you state there's nothing initially; there's no assist feature; and the selection is limited.

Fun game to play - until you start winning. You get locked out of the beginner cranes which have some really cute prizes, so once you start winning you can never access these cranes again which is extremely disappointing. Shipping is free and you get the prizes eventually but I've been hit with import fees twice from DHL, over $20 both times. The price I pay to buy gems to play the game on top of import fees just doesn't make this app worth it anymore.

i've been playing this for over 3 years and i've won possibly over 450 prizes at this point! the prizes are all great and if i ever have an issue with a prize not counting as won if i did in fact win it, support is VERY fast at fixing the issue! i mostly get my credit from the free credit offers but it's worth it cuz the prizes are ALL LEGIT (unlike a certian claw app that requires you to level in order to play machines). I love this game!
