This app is constantly running.in background with a notification that can't be cleared. As it is a camera control setting it's going to make people very nervous. The description of the app is vague and incomplete. I uninstalled it right away. I can't imagine that anyone would feel comfortable with this app on their phone. The description might as well say "please uninstall me"

Hi Sarah, this app is specifically designed for the "Ready for" functionality that was added to your recent Android 11 upgrade. This app should not be running if you are not using this feature though. Do you still see that notification even after updating the app? We suspect there might be a bug in the preinstalled version of it.

The app icon dissapeared. I have to search for it. I can't add it to my desktop. I bought this phone for it's camera system. You advertised it as being the best to date. It was better before the update to Android 12. I tried to uninstall the app. It is stuck on uninstalling state. Rebooting. Fix the damned camera. We need to bring programming back to a state of creativity in code. Not just gui gnashing. And for the price of this phone I could have gotten something better.

I noticed this popped up after receiving a message in Facebook Messenger, but only after I turned on the bubble notifications for Messenger. This results in the message notification still showing up on the screen when the phone is asleep, even after Messenger is closed. The notification is not there when you wake your phone but still there when it goes back to sleep. I force quit Camera Desktop Settings but it has returned. It does appear to be a bug which needs immediate attention.
