5G Moto Mod

Ever since this installed, Without My Permission, the performance of my phone, well it doesn't perform! This phone was working great! It was fast, opened and shut pages without a glitch. Now it drags opening pages like it doesn't have a signal or something when all the bars are full. This phone went from being great to I have actually started thinking about just getting a new phone. Things lock up and the never used. My phone went from No Issues to me having to RESTART it all the time!

Ever since this downloaded itself onto my moto z3, it's been comically buggy. The clock bugs out around bed time - it only shows the hour and not minutes. My morning wake-up alarm/tone changes itself randomly every day. The snooze/off feature is gone. I have to unlock my phone to turn off the alarm. Additionally, it will randomly refuse to load some web/app content. I thought I was going crazy until I noticed this 5g app a few minutes ago. We don't even have 5g in our area yet. Come on, Verizon!

Like other reviews I have seen, this 5G keeps installing itself without my permission. It makes my whole phone mess up, and drains my battery... which used to last me quite a while, very quickly! No app should be allowed to install itself on my phone without my permission! I keep having to go into playstore and uninstall it, and keep checking my apps under settings to see if it has reinstalled itself again, and of course it has...so I have to go through again and uninstall it. Really frustrating
