The app won't open at all, so I cant even use my device with out it...that was my only point in buying it, so I could see inside my ear...very disappointed in this app

For a chinese company, you'd think a chinese brand phone (Honor x7b) would actually work with this app and the tool. Avoid if you have a similar device

App is needed for the endoscope I bought to work. In order for it to connect to my pixel 4a, I have to manually turn off roaming data, otherwise it refuses to load. Once I connect via Wi-Fi it works perfectly fine. I got a couple of requests to create an account with the company and an option to download their beta, but it seems to work without the sign up, at least for the moment.
