What used to be a great product is now ruined by a new app. I purchased the K10 wired a while back and it worked great. Now it seems like they removed all compatibility for the wired versions. You can only connect "by wifi". The old K10 button is under services, but it just brings you to the play store. This failed me when I really needed to get something out of my ear and now I have to wait days for a new product to arrive. Extremely disappointed.

A Chinese ploy to get your data. It will ask you over and over to enable video sharing which somehow is supposed to help wildlife. Terms and conditions ask for permissions that are overreaching but you can "Cruelly Deny" the sharing (that's how its actually worded) But the product and app work fine without those permissions given. It's not super easy to navigate. Its designed to confuse you into enabling stuff but your photos are under the "About" tab for those wondering. Support is actuallyfast

Had always worked great but the last two times I've tried recording video it lets me record but then the file is corrupted.. really pissed bc I have the updated version but it doesn't have the same attachments so I use the OG ... Really pissed bc it was monumentally amazing things I've had popped inside my ears and they are gone forever.. I shouldn't have to screen record myself recording a video to ensure it's not corrupted. Loyal customer is enraged right now
