Would give 0 stars if I could. They continue to say on phone, website, and app that they are transitioning platforms but you can still make payments. I can't even log in anymore. The only thing it shows is that message. They don't answer their phones either, God forbid you get some help. I can't get in anywhere to make a payment so it's going to be late and it's their fault. I'm sure I'll still get to pay the late fees though.

I have been making monthly payments on my interest since October. Most of them post, then disappear. I just got hit with the compound interest since December, and I've been on hold for literal days trying to sort it out. Every message I send gets an automated response that isn't even in reference to my original message.

This is trash. I've had auto-debit set up for six years. I set up auto-debit for my new loans as well, and now it's telling me I have payments past due - and I haven't gotten a single notification about it. Discontinuing this app and making people use the website is not going to help. Get it together, Mohela.
