This app is terrible when it goes wrong. I want to be able to be proud that the Muslims have a good app but instead it's horrible when it goes wrong and all the call center staff are ill equipped to handle any problems. They advise to do simple things like restart the phone, reinstall the app, and try again when you enter the country, when in fact there are issues with the backend of the system. If this was a different country, they would have been done for gross data mishandling

The app, despite being the latest version, gives me the same error message when I select a rawdah booking. As a result I was unable to make a rawdah booking. There is no other option available for assistance. The nusuk office was of no help as well as the email address on the app. This is really unacceptable, we spend a lot of money and come from very far. To be denied rawdah entry because of a technical error is really unfair to the pilgrim.
