Works ok. However, it gets "locked up" sometimes. If the driver accidently pushes "arrive" or "pickup"/" Dropoff" on the wrong rider and realizes , they can't back out. It will continually give the message "you have pending riders to be picked up ( or dropped off) . Do you wish do continue?" Either yes or no will just continually loop this message. Takes intervention of someone with access to the wellryde portal to fix, possibly fix. Needs a text/messages option on the trip card for the rider.

It's not a horrible app. However, it could be made better. Number 1) there's no way in God's green earth that I'm handing my phone to multiple strangers to handle and sign for their rides! #2) it should have a route building option to help maximize time. I used to use the Route4Me app a fee years ago; partner with them or another similar app. And my third suggestion is that the cancellation options should be expanded because there's a multitude of other reasons the trip was canceled.

The issue I have is that it crashes often. After a passenger signs, I'll attempt to click depart, but it crashes then too. All the crashing does affect my ability to get back to the address of where they're going. It impacts my time when this occurs. I then have to wait almost a minute before re-opening the app, and another minute for it to open up, and have them sign again, and gather the travel information. If it was once or twice a day I could deal with it. Yesterday it was almost every trip.
