The new update is bad, the 10 stamp was a plus for us to come to espresso house, now its more expensive the get a gold drink, maybe there are good things about the new system that you can get free food instead of a drink though.

So there is a Fika Klub at Espresso House, and there are also deals, and points...super confusing. And the app just won't work for some reason.

The older version of the app was perfect. With the new update I had trouble adding my card and the entire app isn't as intuitive as it used to be. Also, making the minimum card refill amount larger than before is a very good way to make sure I don't go to the café. I won't be stopping by as often since refilling my coffee card basically counts as an investment. I can decide to load up 10€ in a spur of a moment, but 30€ is too much. EDIT: Changed to 4* 14/03/24 after positive changes in app.
