Very disappointing. I am using two Mobitel numbers. I can not use this app to check information of both numbers. Only if one number is being used, this app works. Worse the experience is, because both the numbers are being added to the app. When I select the other number to check its information, again the information related to the default number is shown. I contacted Mobitel, One contacted me, he was unable to help. Then told that he will get back to me. He never kept his word.

A useless App. A connection is added to the App after verification with an OTP number. However, theteafter, for every service, it asks for an OTP number. For eg. to see the bill, increase the credit limit and allmost everything it asks the user to enter user id, password and otp number. I have a mobitel sim card in a cctv camera. Therefore I cannot get the otp number everytime the App asks for it. It is an utterly useless App developed by a donkey.
