The app was working fine on my husband's phone, then his screen broke and he had to switch phones. Now it won't install at all on his phone and won't log in on mine. Please fix whatever is causing this app to not work on certain phones. I was thrilled to finally have an easy way to deal with taxes and keep receipts but of course now that's not an option for me and that's really frustrating.

Why is my app not loading any page so I can look at my past tax receipts. It used to be so good...it's been erroring for a month now

Super easy to use! Effortlessly searched for and linked multiple accounts to my profile, then quickly added a payment method (it supports both cards and ACH/bank accounts) and paid my tax bills. Also I was able to access receipts from previous years right in the dashboard. The conversational flow of the app is very intuitive!
