My Hiseeu system looks good, in particular the cameras. However, the app is badly letting the system down. After a week of trying, incl. getting my ISP involved as well as two IT specialists, I still cannot access my NVR remotely, i.e. away from my home WiFi network. Remote access was a key feature for me. Don’t expect help from the app developers either. After some initial feedback such as “Check if the NAT status is connected” (it was), they ran out of ideas and simply stopped responding.

I cannot use this app to view my security video recorder system outside of my own Wi-Fi LAN. When I'm outside I need to use IP Cam viewer, which works with the virtual servers I've set up for the ports required, in my router. In XMEye Pro settings it shows cloud connected, but it's unable to connect with my video security system when outside of my WiFi LAN. Asked for support if there is any way to make it work? Waste of time, as they did not respond at all.

I gave one star only because I can't put zero stars. I've had problems with this after about 2-3 months. First, the app. Stopped working for over 2 weeks, so there was no internet access during that time. It goes from 4 screens to one screen and then goes thru the 4 screens individually several times a day. It is almost impossible to get technical support. Since it's made in China tech. Support will only contact you from 8pm. To 6am if they call you back at all. Not worth it at all...
