F45 is a fitness studio of the world famous Australian brand in Moscow. F45 workouts consist of exercises that mimic or recreate our daily movements. In the process of their implementation, the whole body works and different muscle groups are activated. All exercises are displayed on special screens, and two professional trainers monitor their correct implementation. By regularly attending F45 classes and combining strength/cardio workouts, you will improve your form, increase strength and endurance.
